RUSH SERVICE … in a hurry?

In today's world, nothing can come too quickly. Everybody needs everything yesterday. We understand how stressful it can be getting ready for a big event. We are here to help.

Our standard turn-around time is 10 business days plus shipping time. If you need to Rush your job, we can usually get most jobs done and to you within 3-5 business days plus shipping, sometimes faster. When placing your order, simply let us know when you need the job completed. We will review your request and get back to you ASAP.

Remember: We cannot begin to process your order until full payment has been processed and we have received all of your graphics files ready and complete to go to print. Turn around time does not begin until we have payment and ready to print files.

We charge a 15% Rush Charge for this service ($50.00 minimum), If we can't make your deadline we will let you know, and you will not be charged.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Policy for Display Stands and Hardware:

Several manufacturers have imposed no return restrictions on us, which require us to adhere to the following return policy. All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. Due to certain manufacturer's policies, you may be required to contact those manufacturers directly to replace, repair or return your products. Please talk to the sales advisor about specific programs before you buy. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. With YouHuge.com and the manufacturer's approval, an RA number may be requested up to 14 days after purchase. All products must be received within 10 days of RA issue with the RA enclosed.

Policy for Our Graphics:

Our posters and banners are guaranteed against fading for one year. The Trade Show Graphics are guaranteed against damage for normal indoor tradeshow usage but not for outdoor use or water damage. Color is guaranteed to meet your expectations as long as you agree to receive a Pre-Production proof prior to production. Otherwise, software color conversion tables apply, and may not give expected color results. Ask your sales representative about Pre-Production Proof's and their costs.

All sales on stands and graphics are final. If you request a return on a stand, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. All returns must occur within 30 days of sale. All returns must be approved by YouHuge.com.

Policy for Shipping:

We are not responsible for any carrier - all shipments whether lost or damaged is the sole responsibility of the carrier and all claims should be made with the carrier in question. If you want insurance you must specify the amount and if it is to be insured.

Cancellation Terms:

You may cancel your project at any time, however, we do not issue refunds on any payments made prior to the official cancellation date. There will be no exceptions.

Inactive Projects:

If your project is inactive for 90 days we will issue a cancellation notice. If there is a balance due it must be paid within 10 days. After the cancellation notice has been issued you may still have your project completed within 30 days. If it is not completed within the 30 days, a final cancellation will be issued. No refunds will be made. Please see Cancellation Terms above. If making payments by check, it must be received by us by your payment deadline. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the USPS or any other shipper.

You must provide us with a day time telephone number and a VALID email address at the time order is placed.
