Large Format Digital Printing
Large format digital printing is an economical way to produce full-color, short-run (low-quantity), high-quality, indoor/outdoor oversize graphics. It is suitable for oversized graphics (larger than 11" x 17") with minimum quantity of 1 to 150 copies per original/version. Prints can be further enhanced with lamination and/ or mounting for a more professional appearance.

We can digitally produce customized full-color near-photo-quality large-format graphics from many MAC and PC files.

- Print up to 60" x however long in one piece, also limited by print media
- Laminated: Up to 60" x however long in one piece
- Mounted: Up to 60" x 96" in one piece
- Larger Sizes: Can be tiled to almost any size
Ink Set:
- 6 Color CMYK dye or 8 color CMYK pigment
- Screening: Stochastic Screen
- Resolution up to 1440 dpi.
Media Options:
There are many types of printing medias available for different applications. Printing medias such as paper, backlit film, banner vinyl, fine art canvas, fabrics, and removable self-ashesive vinyl are generally kept in stock. Please refer to the table below for detail information on available medias.
Media Description Application
Double Weight Photo Glossy: paper high quality photobase paper suitable for most non-back lighted, indoor applications. Standard media for indoor print-only, laminated, and/or mounted graphics.
Indoor Only: General applications, tradeshows, retail promotions, presentations, mock-ups, and more.
Backlit Film: 10 mil translucent backlit film designed for back lighting displays. Indoor Only - For applications that need special attention, tradeshows, retail promotions, menu boards, kiosks and more.
Banner Vinyl: 15 mil banner vinyl with built in light blocking layer with no lamination required. Long term indoor life and short term outdoor life, tradeshows, retail promotions, special events and more.
Fine Art Canvas: 15 mil acid free fine art canvas indoors only, fine art reproduction.
Translucent Polyester: Fabric light weight, semi translucent polyester fabric for creating elegant soft signage. Indoor only, tradeshows retail promotions, special events and more.
Polyester Poplin: Fabric heavy weight, nearly opaque polyester fabric. Indoor only, tradeshows retail promotions, flags, POP, and other soft signage.
Removable Self Adhesive Vinyl: 5 mil removable adhesive backed vinyl for short-term applications. Indoor use only.
Tradeshow Solutions
There are two tradeshow graphic solutions that are designed for ease of handling, rollable, durable, non-glare, and scuff resistant.
DuraFlex is a rigid and rollable graphic designed specifically to replace the fabric pop-up tradeshow booth panels. DuraFlex's 25 mil thick construction provides the rigidity and durability needed for the pop-up tradeshow booth panel applications.
FlexGuard is a 20 mil thick, durable, super flexible, and super rollable portable display product. A 24" X 36" FlexGuard can be easily rolled and fitted into a 2" tube without any permanent memory. Flexguard graphics are so flexible, rollable, easy to handle, and so durable, we back it with a 6 month warranty. However, FlexGuard is not recommended for pop-up both panel applications due to its super flexible characteristic.
