Fine Art: Giclée Prints
   
Our Giclée printer is a large format printer that uses eight colors, including CMYK, orange and green to complete the pigment ink set. Using dual heads utilizing a total of 96 nozzles, the printer accurately places ink on the media and produces an unsurpassed photo quality image.
We print on specially treated acid-free canvas with a matte finish. This artist stretched canvas is designed for long-term, fade resistant fine art or photo reproductions when used with UV pigmented inks. The polyester/cotton blend canvas has a specifically designed coating which delivers superior color gamut and resolution. All printing is 1440 x 1440.
When printing on canvas please keep in mind that the image area will need to be 2" smaller on all sizes to allow for stretching when framing.
Textured & smooth fine art paper can also be used. These are 225 gram papers made of 100% cotton linters and a traditional matte finish also designed for long-term fade resistant reproductions. These bright, white fine art papers are acid-free and lignin-free which results in a high archival quality. They are mould-made, cold press, watercolor fine art papers specifically designed with a water resistant coating that is free for of optical brighteners. Digital Giclée with superior color fidelity can be achieved with these papers.
